Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Beyond standard configuration, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our payroll systems from strategic discovery and design to global deployment and adoption.
- You will act as a consultant and architect to our stakeholders in People, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring our People Technology suite is a driver of automation and efficiency.

- End-to-End Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of high-impact integration solutions (using PECI, PICOF, and Studio) that prioritize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Champion continuous improvement by analyzing integration failures and proposing design changes that enhance system reliability and minimize manual intervention.
- Problem Solving: Superior ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and design scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
