Cookie Policy

Last updated July 14, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Jobsolv LLC ("Jobsolv," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits) when you visit https://jobsolv.com (the "Website"). It describes what these technologies are, which ones we use, who sets them, and the choices available to you. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.

How we obtain your consent

We use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) that is integrated with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies — including all analytics and advertising technologies — are blocked by default and do not run until you have made a choice. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which starts every advertising and analytics signal in a "denied" state until consent is granted.

  • If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, non-essential technologies load only after you provide consent.
  • If you are in the United States, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising at any time (see "Your choices" below).
  • You can review or change your choices at any time through the Privacy & cookie settings link in our website footer.

Only strictly necessary technologies, which are required to operate the Website and keep it secure, run without consent. These do not track you across other websites.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. "First-party" cookies are set by Jobsolv; "third-party" cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on our Website. We also use related technologies that can identify your device or record activity, including web beacons and pixels, tracking tags, browser local storage, and session-replay scripts. In this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies" for simplicity.

Categories of cookies we use

The specific cookies set may vary with the pages you visit and the choices you make. Representative examples in each category are listed below.

1. Strictly necessary (always active — no consent required)

These are essential to sign-in, security, and core functionality. They are not used for advertising and do not track you across other sites.

2. Analytics (loaded only with your consent)

These help us understand how the Website and product are used so we can improve them.

PostHog (ph_<id>_posthog and related storage)PostHogProduct analytics and session replay (see below)Up to 1 year

Session replay. With your consent, PostHog records de-identified replays of on-page interactions (clicks, scrolling, navigation) so we can find and fix usability problems. We configure PostHog to mask sensitive inputs — including your email address, passwords, and resume content — so that information is not captured in replays. Replays are used only for diagnosing and improving the product.

3. Advertising (free accounts only — loaded only with your consent)

We show ads from Google AdSense to visitors and to users on our free plan. Paid subscribers do not see ads. Advertising cookies are used to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure ad performance.

Third parties named in this policy

These companies may receive data through the technologies above and process it under their own privacy policies:

Your choices

Change your consent. Use the Privacy & cookie settings link in our footer to review or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and advertising technologies from loading.

Do Not Sell or Share / opt out of targeted advertising (U.S.). Our use of advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA). You can opt out using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer, which opens our consent manager.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). Our consent manager recognizes opt-out preference signals sent by your browser or a browser extension, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), and treats a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for the browser that sends it.

Industry opt-outs. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.

Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Website may not work. See your browser's help pages:

Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, we do not respond to DNT. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as described above, and we honor the choices you make through our consent manager.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Please revisit it periodically.
