Strong background in process improvement, including current/future state analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis. Experience partnering closely with engineering and QA to support sprint/release planning, UAT, and defect resolution. Healthcare experience, including knowledge of revenue cycle, billing standards, payer rules, or clinic workflows.
