Responsibilities
What you'll do
- In this role, you will research and evaluate social welfare processes, public administration workflows, and form-based services to identify opportunities for digitalization and future product expansion.
- Working closely with Product, Governance, Engineering, and AI teams, you will help shape informed product decisions and contribute to building scalable digital public services with real societal impact.
