- About the Role We are seeking a strategic and analytically minded Director of Product Marketing, Customer & Market Insights to build and lead our Voice of the Market function.
- This leader will own the programs, processes, and intelligence systems that help us deeply understand customers, competitors, analysts, and market dynamics—and translate those insights into winning positioning, messaging, thought leadership, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- This role will initially manage one direct report, a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Competitive Intelligence, with the opportunity to build a broader insights organization over time.
- What You’ll Accomplish Build and Lead the Voice of the Market Program Establish and scale a company-wide Voice of the Market strategy that captures customer, prospect, partner, analyst, and industry insights.
- Own Customer Insights and Research Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research programs, including customer interviews, win/loss analysis, surveys, advisory boards, and market studies.
