Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key customer touchpoints.
- Identify conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to implement and evaluate test variations.
- Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and similar platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on test results.
- Create clear reports outlining test performance, insights, and business impact.
- Continuously optimize the customer experience through ongoing experimentation and analysis.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / A/B Tester to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying conversion opportunities, developing testing strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and driving measurable improvements across our e-commerce websites.
