  • Working alongside experienced team members across our regional offices, you will partner closely with web development, growth, and brand teams to bring our marketing vision to life, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects a cohesive, high-caliber brand.
  • By designing beautiful, intuitive visual experiences that tell Asana’s story to the world, you will directly drive measurable results, user engagement, and web conversion.
  • What you’ll achieve Craft best-in-class digital experiences that sell the product, build user trust, and balance compelling visual experiences with conversion goals.
  • Own and evolve the digital brand design system, partnering with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity while balancing intent with technical constraints.
  • Use performance data to inform design decisions, prototyping, testing, and iterating on what works while rethinking what doesn't.

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a focus on candor and rapid iteration.
