Responsibilities
What you'll do
- We work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, data science, finance, and marketing to unlock scalable growth levers and deliver measurable impact across diverse markets.
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—you will identify and size opportunities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and operationalize initiatives into scalable systems with measurable impact.
- You will be expected to balance speed and rigor, navigating ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on ROI and long-term leverage.
- In this role, you will: - Own end-to-end growth initiatives: from problem definition and hypothesis generation through execution, measurement, and iteration - Drive programmatic scale: translate one-off wins into repeatable systems across channels, geos, and user segments - Lead with data and judgment: build clear ROI frameworks, define success metrics, and make trade-offs across competing priorities - Operate across the full funnel: with exposure to both organic and paid levers, and a deep understanding of user journeys and conversion dynamics - Partner cross-functionally: work closely with product, engineering, data science, design, and finance to ship high-quality, scalable solutions - Tackle whitespace opportunities: identify and incubate new growth surfaces, 0→1 bets, and strategic initiatives that unlock step-function growth This is a highly dynamic role that requires someone who is nimble, adaptable, and comfortable operating in both structured and ambiguous environments.
