- In this role, you will be responsible not only for frontline seller coaching, but also for driving team-level business performance, operating rigor, and talent development.
- You will translate broader segment priorities into clear execution plans and ensure your team consistently delivers against revenue and growth goals.
- What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Mid-Market Sales team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to consistently deliver against revenue, growth, and customer success goals.
- Own team-level business performance across revenue attainment, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, seller productivity, and account health.
- Lead talent management efforts including hiring, onboarding, performance calibration, employee development, and succession planning.
